Bought a blender today so that I can make and consume healthy smoothies! So naturally, today's kitchen creation was a smoothie.
Fresh Strawberries and Blueberries
Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1% Milk
Ice Cubes
I guessed at the amounts...blended and consumed. Yummy!
I love to cook and I love to eat! I love trying new cuisine's, especially when I travel - there is nothing like trying the local foods to experience the true color of a place! This blog is so that I might share the joy I find in experiencing new things, in cooking and eating, and of course in drinking too, with others!

I have since, made the following smoothie:
ReplyDeleteIngredients: 1/4 cup frozen blueberries; 1/4 cup frozen strawberries; 1 banana (chunked); 1/4 teaspoon honey; 1 teaspoon peanutbutter; 1/2 cup 1% milk
Place ingredients in blender and blend until smoothy consistency ... pour in glass and drink!!!
