Saw this 'sandwich' in a post on Facebook that was all about sandwiches you can make without using bread (really good for those who are gluten intolerant ... good for me 'cause it's tasty and healthy)!
Ingredients:
1 zucchini (or cucumber) - hollowed out
Spreadable cheese of your choosing
Deli meat of your choosing
*I used a Zucchini, Black Forest Ham and Garlic-n-Herb Alouette Cheese [I also ate the hollowed out bits ... lol]
